Tronia My Account Update

Did you know that with the release of our new website, we also gave Tronia’s My Account portal a fresh new look and added some exciting new features. My Account is also fully responsive so you can seamlessly access and use it on any mobile device.

Our improved My Account home page provides an overview of your account information including current balance, informative updates, and helps you easily view and download your account transactions (invoices, payments, account adjustments, work orders and more!).

We have redesigned the Hosted User Admin experience and added a new option to view current Hosted User (Citrix) information. This new page allows you to see a list of all your Tronia Hosted Users; review their current status and track last log in activity. You will also notice an updated User Modification Request process, which has been redesigned to make any Hosted User addition or modification request fast and simple.

Finding and reviewing your Tronia Support Tickets has become easier with a new dedicated search bar and view details button. Locate any ticket you’ve started with our Support Team and preview all the ticket details in just a few clicks.  

All Tronia customers are eligible to access My Account. If you don’t currently have a user/credentials please contact support@tronia.com to get set up today!
