Operating a lean team of great employees that are able to support operations with agrē helping every stop of the way. agrē has also been a huge hit with Bumper Crop’s customers through the Grower Central portal that allows customers to see their invoices the same day of service. Tronia’s user-friendly system has allowed all employees to operate the system with ease. The previous system was not nearly as user friendly for blending or for bag manufacturing. Tronia’s support team is second to none and as a result, we are able to get the answers to questions within the system in minutes rather than hours. Lastly, the Tronia team was able to tweak agrē to fit our needs allowing us to concentrate on producing quality fertilizers which we now have the time to focus on.
