Training FAQ's

We offer a variety of training options and delivery methods. From prepackaged implementation sessions to ongoing improvement program subscriptions – we can craft a training solution that will fit any learning requirement.

For training delivery options, we presently offer software training in-person and virtually. In-person training consists of classroom style, one-on-one instruction, delivered by one of our highly experienced Client Service Consultants (CSC) at a location of the client’s choosing (typically onsite). A virtual seminar is run by our CSCs via a remote web session.

Basic agrē training for a standard class size typically takes 2 full days to deliver. If other modules are added, such as Agronomy or agrē Grain, training time will be extended to accommodate the additional module content.

Training requests are individually evaluated to outline a customized learning plan that will accommodate each retail client’s unique needs and requirements. 

In addition to implementation training and our standard training programs, we also offer customized training course options where we work with clients to develop individualized training sessions based on any content/functionality that may need to be covered. This can include advanced financial agrē training, blending workshops, front end user sessions, focus on inventory controls, etc. Whatever content you’d like covered, we can create a custom training session just for you and your group.  

Training session costs can vary depending on the content being delivered, the length of time required to deliver the training, the number of users needing to be trained, and how the training is being delivered (in-person/virtually).
